Returns & Cancellations

Our Perishable Goods Policy

Because our products are organic and fresh, we do not accept returns once a shipment has been delivered. This ensures the hygiene and safety of all our patrons.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within a 2-hour window of placement. Once the status moves to "Packed," the order is finalized and cannot be retracted.

Damages & Quality Concerns

In the rare event of receiving a compromised package, please document the issue with photos/videos and email matruhealthdigital@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will arrange a priority replacement.
